Hello everyone.
I'd like to know how to disable cursorXP without completely uninstalling it. I know I can use the cursorXP configure panel to go back to the simpler windows cursors, but I've noticed that the "program" for CXP still runs in the background.
Any way, if there is no option for disabling it, does it really use so many system resources while running in the background?
Thank you.

You can disable it from msconfig or Startup Cop or any other startup utility. Then just reboot and it will be gone. To turn it back on, you can then do it from your startup utility or from the control panel mouse properties.

As for system resources, I would imagine it would depend on the package you're using. I'm sure something like Drops Plus use a lot more than something simple.

Also, you can disable/enable it on the fly with a keyboard shortcut. By default it is CTRL + SHIFT + C.
